simply and clean Designer for T-shirts

Hello everyone! I am looking for fun & professional long term designers to join my team! (12+ months project). I am not just looking for your creative skills, but I want to build a fun environment and a strong long term work relationship with you! What I want: Designs will be created base off ideas or examples given to you. A brief description of desired changes to the example will also be provided. I want any graphics used to either be the artists own work grants full commercial rights and with full rights granted to myself. Fonts must be okay for commercial use. It is possible you will do as many as 2,000-5,000+ designs for me over the next couple of months (depends on how well we connect and work together). Ideally, I would like to have at least 5-10 designs done per day, and you will have access to a spreadsheet which will have keywords for the concept of the design. In order for me to get an idea of your skill set, This gig will be for the first 100 designs and we can work out the price for the remaining if this works out well. All work submitted must be original, non-copied and non copyrighted or trademarked. Artwork will go through a screening process to ensure the property is not stolen or copied. The pay will be $1.50 per design but you will be guaranteed consistent work long term work as long as we can reach a deal. I will be giving out bonuses once we hit milestone goals or if I feel that youre doing an excellent job! :)
