Skilled D3.js chart developer wanted

Skilled D3.js developer wanted to redevelop network graph visualisation.

We have successfully developed our application using D3 and Angular, however client feedback is that the core visualisation could be improved.

My previous developer is no longer available due to university commitments (but can be available if you have questions) so looking for someone with Angular and D3.js knowledge to step in and take over the project going forward.

Attached are screenshots of the current visual with the development environments hosted on AWS - you should be competent in accessing and updating through EC2.

The app helps businesses to upload and visualise their risk environments.

* The deliverable is to redevelop the network graph visual.*
The goal is something clean and simple along the lines of the graph labeled deliverable so this is more than developing a graph, its about getting the right look-and-feel.
