small business needs your help in making a database to track products and generate report

Looking for a database developer to build in MS Access.
I need a database that is setup very similar to the product inventory template in access. I would need a way to show who is creating the entry in the database or some sort of login.
I would need the template modified to show just the main tables of Inventory, Shipping, QA/QC, and Sales. Or if creating from scratch is easier

When a product is ordered from a manufacturer, I would need a form to show name of manufacturer, order date, Qty, unit of measure, unit cost, total price. This would need to be linked to the inventory table.
In the inventory table, I would need fields of invoice #(linked to order form), product name, lot #, Qty, unit of measure, reserved inventory, available inventory (Qty - reserved), Retest date, # of days until retest (Todays date - retest date), Status, and location.

In the shipping table, I would need the following fields. Ship date, customer name, ship to, invoice # (linked to order form), Customer PO#, Product name, Lot #, Qty, unit of measure (linked to inventory), total items, Shipping type, Tracking #, Status. Once product is shipped out, the qty of product available should decrease.

In the QA/QC table, I would need the following fields. Receiving date, product name, qty, unit of measure, total qty. Invoice # (linked to order form). Mfg Tracking #, Lot #, Retest date, Manufacturer name, vendor name, Status, NDC #, Note

Sales table. I would need Sales agent name, Customer name, Customer PO, Order Date, Product name, Quantity, unit of measure. Cost per unit. Total cost

I would need a report that can show real time data of products available in inventory, a report that shows products shipped each day, a report for # of sales per quarter by sales agent
