SMS PODIO and TWILIO PROGRAMMER... EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!!

what im looking for is to build a SMS reply system in podio from twilio. I want to be able to send text messages to my lead list!

bonus if you know how to set up a text blast campaign where send a personalized message to 500 people with a click of a button! example Hi (first name) please give me a call back when you get the message.

I want a button where i can say send message
and i also want a follow up system
