Software Architect/Developer needed for an Identity as a Service (IDaaS) Solution

Create a Prototype of an Identity Management Solution offered as a Cloud Service.
The system will be a repository for user Biographical information but will pull information from other existing user databases and correlate attributes from those systems with each user identity record.

We are looking for a Software Architect, to assist in creating the software architecture and build a prototype for the IDaaS solution using sample data sources and open source solutions.
