Seeking an experienced software developer to streamline lead generation systems can contact management.
The software will be tasked with the ability to scrub public records and pull properties of divorcees, probates, code violations, abandoned properties, absentee owners, notice of defaults for off-market residential and commercial properties.
This will be a work in progress as we will expand on the software features to eventually automate the back end of our real estate investment company.
