I need a (leaf?) spring that can be compressed to an height of 2cm.

When released, the spring should be able to raise a load of 200kg to a height of 28cm in max 4 seconds.

Is there an off-the-shelf spring like that? Where can I buy it?

What if I use 4 springs instead of 1?

When released, each spring should be able to raise a load of 50kg to a height of 28cm in max 4 seconds.

Is there an off-the-shelf spring like that? Where can I buy it?

I need to use some electric motor to compress the spring(s) I use.

The motor should be able to compress the spring(s) to a height of 2cm in no more than 8 sec.

Is there an off-the-shelf motor with the needed power? Where can I buy it?

The motor can have any size, but try to keep the size small.

A 12V motor is preferred.

If possible, the motor should be naturally braked when switched off.

Both springs and motors should be off-the-shelf.

The cheaper the better.

The budget of $5 is just a placemark: I am ready to pay any reasonable sum.
