Sourcing Agent in China for Seeds Product

I am looking for agent to search and buy products from any cheap Chinese market ( like 1688, taobou, or any offline market ). Also, after buying from them, i need to do my own packaging label, can you do that for me? I also looking for agent that has understanding and experience in Amazon Fulfilment Center, because i am going to use amazon FBA . So i want the product to be delivered to amazon fulfilment center without any problem, especially in the US customs. After that, i also need a photography service to comply with amazon terms. Can you do that for me?

A lot of company cannot send seeds product to USA as they can not make it through US customs. Can your company do it?
