Sr. Software Engineer

This position will be centered around building out the tech ecosystem and establishing what good code and CI/CD looks like for the organization on an enterprise level. This transformation is expected for the next 2 to 3 years.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on development experience with Azure Cloud (APIM, AKS, NSG, CosmosDB, Azure Search, Message Hub, Networking & Security concepts, etc)
Experience leading teams from a monolithic to microservice architecture (understanding what needs to be defined and strategy that needs to be in place)
Understanding & alignment of the devops concept
Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation including terraform, Jenkins, maven, etc
Experience with testing automation frameworks
Hands-on experience with Microservice architecture concepts and coding
Understanding of API/Dev Portal, API discovery concepts - API creation and consumption
Basic knowledge of relational, graphDB and noSQL databases; hands on experience with a relational and noSQL database(s)
Understanding of security concepts including API Gateway
Understanding of Kafka messaging and streaming, hands-on preferred..
Java/Springboot/application architecture & development experience
Logging/analytics platforms such as Splunk experience,
GitHub
Swagger
Elasticsearch (nice to have)
GraphQL (nice to have)
NodeJS (noce to have)
Technical Lead/Architecture position for at least 5 years
Understanding of IAC (Terraform preferred)

Background revamping and defining parameters to define good development practices
Ability to analyze a problem and produce pros & cons/recommendation documentation
