static page

We need a static page designed to display any message/info/error.

The page will have following section
1) Header - This has already been designed and developed. Its white in color.
2) Footer - This is also done. Its black in color.
3) Content - This is the part where we will display message/info or error. You need to work on this.

As part of this assignment you need to choose some nice font, style the content to make it look good(some background or animation). But, it should not impact the page load speed.
