Statistician needed for Neural Networks or Fuzzy Logic analysis

This is Wasan Alkhamees, a graduate student at the College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University.
This need someone with high analysis skills to help me in finding results for my thesis. The study is a part of the Transportation Engineering program. The objective of the study is to find the effects of work zones on driver behavior based on driver cognitive abilities as well as driver personal background. Analysis are needed to perform comparisons between cognitive abilities of driver while performing the driving tasks and while performing other tasks, comparisons of driver behavior inside and outside work zones based on cognitive abilities, comparisons of driver behavior inside and outside work zones based on personal backgrounds, the effects of work zones on driver behavior and the effect of personal background on driver behavior. Also, a forecast model is needed to predict driver behavior.
If you are able to perform the analysis using Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logics, or such advanced analysis methods, please contact me.
