Experienced R.C. structural engineer to check existing calculation and make changes as necessary to modified 2nd floor plan and roof framing. (3 storey house including basement). Would like someone living close to Calamba, Laguna. Philippine applicants only. This is NOT an autocad job. Two site visits would be good so prefer someone living relatively locally. Please quote initialy for the calc. check and modifications.
