Structural Engineer/Designer to design light gauge steel modular home.

We are a modular home building that is building homes in Mexico for use in USA. This project is already designed in pdf and cad and consist of 8 pods that are all 14x28 by 11 high. Each one of these pods will be assembled in Mexico, lifting onto a truck, transported to USA, and connected to each other to form a 2500 sqft single family home.


Currently we are looking for a structural engineer that has experience in designing light gauge steel buildings. It will be considered a plus if you have designed light gauge steel project for use in USA before. It is important that you are very detail oriented, and care about the project success above all.


This project will also need to be evaluated for lifting and transport to make sure it will hold up to the stresses caused by this.


We will also have many other floor plans that will need designing in the future. If we like your work there will be much more to come!
