Structural Engineer needed to inspect a manufactured for financing purposes

Im a loan officer with Classic Home Mortgage in Birmingham, Alabama. We need a structural engineer to inspect a manufactured home for us per HUD and FHA guidelines. This is what we received from the Appraisal Management Company:

This property is a manufactured home and it is an FHA loan. HUD requires an engineers certification that the home has been set up to meet HUD guidelines and to verify whether the home was ever moved from another location (other than when they bought it new)
