Structural Engineering Design for Attic Addition/Remodel - Dallas TX

Planning to add a -900SF 2nd floor addition to a 1916 frame single family home by adding 3 gables to current attic framing. Need some design help to size and place structural support and modifications. Deliverables include:

- Framing Plan for 3 new gable dormers and one shed roof
- Sizing of beam for wall removal and subfloor structure.
- Foundation plan verification
- May involve full structural plans for detached garage (TBD)

This project is in Dallas city limits and will need to adhere to 2015 IBC.

Attaching current condition floorplan and new design floorplan, elevations, sections and renderings. I have a Revit model for new plan.
