Livechat/Email is a must - It is very parttime, not guaranteed to be daily tasks.
Phonesupport would be nice but not necessary
Decent Tech understanding or willingness to learn is required
Fluent in Swedish and English

Hourly wage + bonus or flat monthly + bonus
