system administration ; high availability architecture

our web software is hosted at 2 HP servers
connected to HP MSA storage , hosting MS- SQL database
files ( attachments, document, photos...etc) should be as will hosted at the HP storage ,
both web application servers should have access to hp storage / file folders to access these documents.

the above is for one site,
same setup is duplicated at the second site, where HP storage at both sites should sync the database and files ( attachments...etc) between them selfs , so any user long in at any server of the 2 sites should see same database info and same files.

each site should be secure from internet access, the architect should recommend what type of security fire wall should be provided at each site and make the required configuration

architect should define the type of internet connectivity between both site in order to request it from service provider.
