System Administrator required for Centos

I would like to do the following on the Centos 7 operating system

1. GenyMotion : I have already installed but need to install the package from Virtualbox version 6.0.4 . Once installed, it is like installing a phone so next step is that I want it access my Webcam (Logitech c270) to access it .

2. Centos : I want to take a backup on to external hard drive ( or may be setup to take backup every month)

Please give me the proposal for doing these jobs.
