System level change in windows system needs to be performed in order to subvert and speed up/reduce latency in kernel scheduler. Any operating system can be used (starting from xp to windows 10 64 or 32 bit). I have preferable OS but more details will be given to appropriate candidates.

Verification will be checked on particular application. Details on this will also be provided with candidates.

I prefer elite system level windows programmers for this job.
