I need someone to install and make active ioncube loader, make php7.1 to be the default php loaded. Check if cURL is active.

Must have knowledge of command line codes. Make sure everything is installed cleanly and there is no loose files.

Im running Ubuntu 16 x64. Using Vultr servers.
