Team needed to maintain over 300 joomla sites

Looking for a talented team of website designers and programmers that are proficient in Joomla, Wordpress, Responsive Design, HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript.
I have over 300 medical websites (mostly joomla, a few wordpress) that need constant maintenance. Tasks include simple text and file updates, adding pictures, updating theme colors, design and layout, and more complex tasks like optimizing site for page speed and updating meta/title tags.
The company is located in NJ. The team I hire would need to be available during 7am-5pm EST. I would need either to be able to talk with someone on the phone or skype. Sometimes the work is urgent and other times its not so I need to have someone that is easy to contact.

This is long term work and a NDA would have to be signed.
