Technical support needed in Magento 2 for payment integration and defect resolution

We are launching a Magento 2 CE commence infrastructure for B2B and B2C client management.
We need to beef up the technical support and issue resolution for this activity inclusive of payment integration (specially Alipay, TenPay and other Chinese payment providers), enhancements to 2 custom themes and system configuration troubleshooting.
Chinese language knowledge is a strong plus as the site istrlinigual in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
