template editor using Tinymce

We are looking for experienced programmer who has created template editor using tinymce (currently evaluating between Telerik and Tinymce tools)and We want to create a template editor on our website which can handle custom form fields (textbox, dropdown etc), SQL server database fields and special fields (signature, images etc). Please apply only if you have worked with this tool. The developer should be able to integrate this into our practice management solution. Users should be able to create sections into templates and save the template as html. On return, they should be able to pull the html, fill it and be able to view, save and print this document.
