Project: Testing the customer experience of banks
The hiring company: D-Rating is a French start-up created and the first rating agency regarding the digital performance of banks on web, mobile apps and social media.
The project: We are looking for 10 people to be part of the testing team (mystery shoppers) of Belgian banks for this current 2019 year, after a similar project was conducted last year to compare the offers of 14 retail banks operating in the Belgium market. (Both Neo-banks and traditional players such as Revolut, N26, KBC and ING).
Each freelance will be attributed from 5 to 7 banks to test, following a precise methodology and guided by our analysts and project managers expertise!
This is a part-time project where the freelance will be expected to:
- Realise 3 journeys (online or very rarely in the agencies)
- Test the communication channels (social networks, email, internal messages)
- Test the availability of digital functionalities (web and app)
- Evaluate the level of complexity to subscribe to specific products on banks websites
In total, 67 hours of work is required, which are distributed within 7 weeks.
Because we need comparable testing conditions, youll need to match the following requirements:
- Belgian nationals and reside in Belgium.
- Present at their home address at least for some hours every week during the time of the project.
- A non-US person
- Either fluent in Dutch and English or fluent in French
- At ease with technology (computers, smart phones, Google Sheets)
- Attentive to details
- Live close to Brussels or Antwerp cities (30min - 1 hour distance max.)
Necessary material to perform the test
- Efficient computer with a high-speed internet connection
- Android phone (latest updates completed, maximum 3-4 years old)
- Access to printer and scanner
Rate: 2345$ for the whole mission of 67h.
Plus, all the bonuses, gifts and primes offered by banks for account opening are free to keep to yourself!
Costs: A small number of banks may charge small fees (mostly around 5-10 euros).
We can provide you the list of these.
In case of incurred fees over 20 euros, D-Rating will refund the freelance !
