Thailand Event Planner for Freelancer Retreat

Seeking a Thailand-based event planner for a 3-week retreat for freelancers. The event will be a combination of training (small event space needed) and excursions. Locations under consideration are Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Koh Tao, however, were open to suggestions. The retreat will be for approximately 10 people. Were looking at lower-cost accommodations and really fantastic healing experiences.
