To Do List - needed asap

Hello, I would like to create a To Do and task management list for a project with a max budget of 50$. I am looking for someone (preferably a developer) who has skills in computer sciences (programming and algorithms), and who can code it quickly. Either an application or a website platform is possible. The checklist should be divided into two tabs. - The first tab would group the tasks in different categories (work, personal, family, friends, DONE) which are differentiable thanks to different colors. - The other tab would be a calendar (year - month - week - date) where the to do tasks are listed on their expected date in the color of their category. When a task is accomplished, it is struck and is in the DONE sub-tab. The platform should look clear and professional. It should work on Android (Java), iOS (Swift), and on the web (HTML/JavaScript). Please let me know if someone is interested in this project!
