Touch up/Redesign of Letterhead & Logo (preferred vector)

I designed this letterhead in about 20-40 minutes. It is at best marginally okay. This letterhead was only used for the application letter for my firm as a What it will look like.
I am looking for someone to touch up/redesign this letterhead, where the Squirrel Part will be used as a logo. I have the original svg file (used Inkscape).

I would prefer someone based in Canada (due to the world crisis and wanting to locally support my economy), but not going to limit myself if I find someones work I really like.

What I am looking for on the project itself is:

- Cleaner lines
- More Depth but not necessarily more detail (ie no goofy face etc)
- A proper proposal (just saying I can do it is not sufficient, I CAN DO IT, I just dont have the time)
- Would like to keep it as professional-looking as possible
- A reasonable quote on hours for the project (I can do the math on your rate)
- A unique perspective and design style

If you feel like a complete redesign would be more time effective for your particular style, I would be open to that, but would still want a quote of hours as I can compare if it is comparable to others.

Im sure more things will pop into my head as I think about it.
