Tourism Operation Coordinator

We are looking for a fluent Thai and english speaking candidates who will work remotely using phone and Line/WeChat messengers on demand from sales team.
The responsibilities will be as follow:
1. Order management part :
- Receive order request on demand from sales team.
- Follow the request from sales team, for example: check availability of the driver and book the driver for the tour on specific day.
- Translate the tour schedule into Thai language designed by sales team.
- Send the tour schedule to driver when its translated.
- Remind the driver to be on time and follow the tour schedule one day before the job.
- Coordinate the tour with sales team on the tour day by calling to the driver.

2. Tickets booking part:
- Receive the ticket booking request from sales team.
- Call to ticket service provider to reserve the tickets asap and feedback the status to sales team.
- Coordinate the ticket change with sales team when its necessary by making the call to ticket service provider.

3. Quotation management part:
- Receive quotation request on demand from sales team.
- Check the quotation from the driver.
- Feedback the quotation price from the driver to sales team.
- Place the tour order to the driver when clients accept the quotation price.

4. Tourist places information inquiry part:
- Receive inquiry request from sales team about the tourist place.
- Call to tourist place officer to get complete information about the tourist place. For example, opening hours, fee for adult, fee for children, which kind of activities they are offering now, whats the price for each attraction.
