Trademark and patent search and filing for new product

I am not experienced in this area. I also dont know what to pay for the service (I have seen what some other Toogit jobs are paying). I would prefer a fixed fee and please include all government and filing fees. Please let me know what this job would cost. I would like to use an Toogit milestone, first let me know the feasability/defendability of the patent & trademark and then the filing and follow through.

Trademark/Patent attorney or expert experienced paralegal to assist me to do a comprehensive search, confirm availability, and file for a brand new USPTO trademark and patent in USA. Follow through until trademark has been approved. Advising on how to meet trademark/patent requirements on logo, product, instructions, packaging, etc.

I have a brand, logo and unique product. This is for online marketplace sales. Manufactured in China. It is in the toy/promotional advertising space.

The LLC company is located in Utah, I would like full US trademark and patent protection.
