Transcriptionist $10-$20/Audio hr + Bonus(549+ Immediate Hire)

We are in need of 549+ transcriptionists to join our team. YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.

The contractor will be responsible for handling our transcription work (work available 24/7), you may choose your own working hours and the files you wish to work on.

*** You must be able to finish **at least** 2 audio hrs a week. DO NOT apply to this job if you can not do that. The penalty of $10 will apply. We are looking for stable long-term transcriptionists. ***

- MUST Have Previous experience.
- MUST FINISH AND DELIVER WORK BY DEADLINE
- MUST able to complete **a minimum** of two(2) AUDIO HOURS a week (9+ audio hours a month).

WORK ARE AVAILABLE 24/7, YOU MAY CHOOSE YOUR OWN WORK TIME AND JOB.

Payment terms :
$10.00 - $20.00 / Audio Hour (Less 10% odesk fee)

Base Pay: $10 / Audio hour,

File Bonus: Vast majority of files have 10% - 200% extra bonus depends on urgency and difficulty of the file.

Performance Bonus: Once you complete 500 minutes in a month (2 hrs a week min quota), we will reward you with an extra 25% on any extra file that you complete making your base pay $12.50 per audio hour (plus 0%-70% on individual file bonus).

How much can you make?
If you are able to complete 2 audio hours a day, and work 6 days a week. Your monthly earnings will be between $653 USD (completed no bonus file) - $1031 USD (based on 70% bonus per file) a month.

2 audio hrs * 27 days * $10 audio hr = $540 (base pay) + 2740 audio minutes with 25% bonus pay = $113 (25% bonus after 500 minutes) = $653 (Only complete audio files with no bonus) + 540 * 0.7 = $378 (Based on 70% Bonus per file) = $1031 (Max pay for complete 2 audio hours a day)
