The deliverable is a legal Dutch translation of French B2B General Terms and Conditions (including a data procession addendum compliant with GDPR). The company is delivering a software as a service (SaaS) to B2B customers active in wealth management (finance sector). The layout of the document (numbering, font, etc.) must be complied with.
The ideal freelancer is an experienced legal translator with a keen understanding of technology (SaaS) and is familiar with the GDPR terminology. The freelancer knows e.g. that donns caractre personnel translates into persoonsgegevens.
If the translation is good, additional translation work is to be expected.
