A Transparent SIP Proxy with the ability to silently record all calls. The proxy should be able to accept calls from authorized UACs and forward those calls to specified UAS. While proxy should be able to record all calls in wav/mp3 format. Proxy should be authorized SIP REGISTER and IP ACL as well to define what UACs are allowed to use the proxy.

This will be the core functionality and other small details I will provide as needed.
