Twilio Expert: Auto charge customer based on text message response & connect to backend e-commerce

We are looking to use Twilio to do the following:

1) Customer gives us their phone number
2) we send a mass message to all phone numbers on our list about a daily deal
3) Customer responds with either quantity or something (i.e. 4)
4) That response automatically charges the customers card on file (MAYBE STRIPE API??)
5) The response sends the information about the customers order to an e-commerce backend (i.e. Shopify).
