We have a database of urls. New urls are added to it almost every 15 mins.
We need a script which can do following using our database of urls.

1) Script will run indefinitely
2) In every 5 mins, check if there is a new url in DB
3) If yes, share the url on twitter using our account (you will need to create a test account for this)
4) Share the url on our facebook page (you will need to create a test fb page for this)
