U.S. county database web reaearch.

Help me navigate all counties in Florida and Georgia, to start with, by researching tax deed sales and thinning out my current spreadsheets on each county. You will find out the previuos owners name, and if they have already claimed their surplus funds from the county. You will also research any liens still owed on that tax foreclosure (via countys search database).
