UI Design for Cross platform mobile application - UWP, iOS, Android, macOS

Im the developer of an app called Copy Space. It is a clipboard manager to help users manage text and files to allow easier copy and paste during their workflow. There is an app for Windows 10, iOS, Android and macOS.

Im looking for a UI designer to basically redesign the user interface as there was very little thought into the current design. The biggest problem is that there are many features to the app, but these features are not obvious. Also, when new features are built, they are just tacked onto the app. Im also looking for a design that would work across all platforms, similar to how Slack looks the same across all platforms but its design works across large and small screens.

The designer basically has complete free reign on the design and style of the app as long as the app is still functional and user friendly.

There will also be some features that I will consider cutting out as over time, I have found users dont use certain features.

Final deliverables I would expect would be a high fidelity mock up of two or three screens across the different platforms.
