Ultra fast high end e-commerce website for coffee industry

Hi,

We currently have a successful website which is VERY slow. When I had it designed, we had maybe 10 visitors per day but now we are getting proper traffic and the website cannot cope.

I have examples of other websites that I want to compete with.

I will need you to be smart enough and experienced enough to work on your own.

You ought to be design-centric and sales-centric to create a website that will convert and make sales for me.

I need you to be able to supply high quality photos for the website.

It must be ultra fast as that is my main issue with our current website.

I will be wanting to move this project forward in the New Year as I will have a freshly allocated marketing and sales budget. I am willing to pay good money for a high quality product, I'm not interested in some basic template re-working. I want something beautiful and fast.
