Update MEP plans - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing

Scope Of Work (SOW) for the attached residential MEP plan set:

1) Revise plumbing drawings to:
a) Remove gas line.
b) Change water heater to a tank electric one and ensure fit into a small space.
c) Advise on water needs and equipment sizing.
d) Add whole house water softener.
e) Add under-sink kitchen water filtration.

2) Revise mechanical plans to:
a) Make crawlspace as unvented and conditioned. Propose how to solve it with either fan ventilation/exhaust or with a dehumidifier.

3) Revise electrical plans to:
a) Adjust for the change in water heater
b) Adjust for other proposed equipment.
c) Recalculate loads to properly resize the main electrical service/panel.
d) Adjust for 2 electric car chargers.

4) Revise lighting and power plans. Do a photometric study and optimize lighting for a residential space. Propose lighting and power fixtures.
