Update website design and admin panel

I have all the content already typed out in a PDF document and instructions on where and how to apply them
- Currently my admin panel is set up where I can update my website content, a need it to be adjusted to update all my content on this new site as well.
- I currently have a problem where I cannot change my password, I need this bug fixed
- I have someone else working on registration forms for my bookings, for my clients, I need this to be put into the system as well. This should help ease some of the work. Let me know if this is OK, or you would rather to do this yourself.
- I need the system to be able to send confirmation emails to my clients who make reservations as well as accept payments for bookings.
- I want some of my pages to show a social media feed. Where when someone uses a specific #hashtag related to the tours in their post, it will show in this feed. I want this to replace customer reviews. Is it possible to customize the feed so that on the packages it will only use a specific group of #hashtags and a different group for the home page?
- The website must have a mobile version
- I need to know if I will have to pay to get any of the new feature I want or if I can get it free
