Updating a Sketchup rendering

Looking for someone to take an existing Sketchup file and complete it by adding:
a) front external view 3D photo realistic rendering in color animation (front and right side)
b) internal walls, stair, and generic furniture for the main floor living and foyer rooms only.
c) Interior view for an office area that is 15 x 17 in size space

This is phase 1 of the project.
