Upgrade to SQL database with software integration and data visualization

Deliverable: A functioning relational database (SQL?) accurately gathering data from our online programs (through Zapier?) and being visualized in a data visualization tool (Tableau?), all of which, after being set up, can be managed and updated by us in-house (we have a few full-time team members with a basic understanding of the above programs). We are currently using Google Sheets with -5,000 rows with up to 100 columns per row.

We are looking for a freelancer who can partner with us to design our database and set up the various integrations necessary to have live visualization of our data. We need someone with experience in designing and setting up a SQL database, and familiarity with setting up basic software integration.
