I need to design a simple logo for a company named : ARI Tech

The letters ARI must be in capital, and follow the style as per the samples attached.

For the word Tech, it is based on your suggestion, only the T should be in capital.

I need to get a few variation of design and color so together we can work out the final design.

I am on a tight deadline.
