URGENT: Mongodb Expert: Audit existing infrastructure and recommend improvements.

I need someone to audit our existing application and server infrastructure and recommend improvements. We have been having some issues with Mongodb as we have around 130gb of data now and we are growing quickly so I need a solution.

We currently dont have any type of application or server monitoring software installed and I want recommendations on if we should use something like Mongodb compass.

We currently have 3 Config Servers, 4 Shard server, 1 Query/Route server.
We are using Mongodb version 3.4.5

We have been having issue with one node and current solution is we increased that node from 16gb to 32gb ram.

each shard server have 100G space disk

Query server 8gb ram each with 100G Disk space.

Config Server is 8gb ram with 100G disk space.

We are running on AWS and have considered switching to a managed service such as mlab but I want an audit ran first to look and see what we can improve on our existing setup to handle scale as we keep running into db issues.
