Use React to build a Small Chrome Extension Integrated w/ Google Calendar

I need a small Chrome Extension built.

The Chrome Extension should:

- be active on Google Calendar
- allow me to add Metadata to Google Calendar events
- allow others in my Google Apps organization to see that Metadata
- do not allow others outside my organization to see the Metadata

Initially, the Metadata we are managing will be very simple: any Calendar event should have three drop down fields:

1: Client
2: Project
3: Task

Initially, the list of Clients, Projects, and Tasks will be fed from a simple data source like a Google spreadsheet, or a CSV we provide.

Will work up lightweight specification with selected Developer. Anticipate this as a 20-80h project.
