User experience improvement for website

Our website is an educational website for middle and high school students that contains quizzes for competitions. This site is built using Drupal, and note this job is not for development, but just for the design of the user interface. I will then hand over the psd files to development team for development.

I am looking for someone to help revamp the user interface of the website to make it simpler, attractive and pleasant to use for school students.

I want them to look at the choice of colors, easy navigation, design of the home page and other key pages listed below. Anything they can do to make this a good educational site for students is great.


Deliverables:
- Redesign the home page so the website has a modern look and feel
- Provide design for the website pages listed below
- Simplify navigation to highlight all the main features on the site (bring out the different subjects, different competition quizzes, gamification points, study planning content, lessons, flashcards etc.
- Adobe Photoshop or Invision files for the new UI design for the pages listed below (important thing is that it should be possible for the developer to convert them into HTML/CSS/JS)
- Create a logo
- Should be mobile responsive design


Not in scope
- It does not involve building the pages itself. That will be part of another job that I will post later. But if you are interested in combining the two, let me know.
