I require an exceptional online ecommerce VA to assist me with my growing ecommerce shopify store, and help manage and fulfill orders on my growing ecommerce stores.
The right candidate we are looking for must be an honest, responsible and dedicated VA to assist us in all aspects of our growing business. You need to be a quick learner to know shopify / oberlo / aliexpress, have good customer service, design and data inputting skills but most of all be dedicated and enthusiastic to learn and be good at solving problems independently.
This is a home-based position and you will need to work flexible hours. You will need to have access to your own computer with strong internet access. You must be detailed-oriented and customer service oriented.
You will be required to follow a few simple steps and perform daily tasks which may include:
- do product research
- upload new products onto shopify store, maintain store
- contact and liaise with products suppliers to fullfil and manage shipping orders to my customers.
- handle customer service related issues and answer customer service emails and enquiries.
- manage and monitor ecommerce store and FB page
- manage social media (FB, instagram etc) interactions and postings
- email customers on marketing promotions.
- at a later stage, assist with FB ads, google ads etc.
You must speak fluent English, and be able to communicate in written English professionally.
Im looking for a quick learner, which I will initially guide you along.
You will need to set aside 5-6 hours per day and be flexible for more work in the future as the business grows. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to be able to learn new skills and evolve as our company grows.
