VA needed for help with Indie Author Newsletter promotions

Looking for an experienced personal/administrative assistant to help with newsletter promotions for an independent author/publisher. Experience with indie authors preferred, but not required. This job is currently part-time and focused on one task, but there is potential to add other admin duties in future. What you will be doing:

using swap sites to request promotions of my books from other authors
posting swap request documents to facebook groups
Contacting/following up with authors using prewritten letters provided by me.

Initially, you will not have to personally correspond with anyone, the main focus is sending out requests.
