Recently migrated my large vBulletin forum to a new host and the speed and efficiency of the site has fallen off a cliff. The new host is worthless in helping troubleshoot and cant tell me whats different, insisting I have enough resources to run the forum.

I need someone to come in a make recommendations and changes to significantly increase the speed of the site and also help lock it down so bots and spammers cant attack.
