Video conference application for online class

We are looking into developing a mobile application for our online learning center.

There will be a number of online instructor who will be offering multiple courses in multiple batches. Classes will be held online/live in certain times of the week, just like regular classes.

Students can sign up for as many classes as needed after paying the course fee/membership fee. And will be able to access course materials and attend live classes.

There may be two types of applications - instructor and student. Or just one application with different permissions. Live classes should be attainable from desktop browser as well.

There will be standard registration process for students and some common type of LMS on the platform for instructors to manage courses.

It is basically something like Coursera or Udemy. The main difference is, instead of recorded classes, all of our classes will be taken live with real time interactions.

Need some who has experience building similar product. Since this is the first prototype, we are not trying to spend big. That being said, we need a fully functional and highly scalable product from the day one.
