Video Tablet Case Charging Wire Harness Schematic/Design

I am looking for an electrical engineer to complete a schematic design and component selection for a tablet case charging wire harness. This custom tablet case will be part of a larger medical device video system used for visualization of the upper airway. The wire harness will need to incorporate charging of 5V 2A for a standard Android tablet and 5V 1A for each of the two rechargeable video streaming modules. These three devices (tablet, two video modules) will be charged with one input power source. The LEDs and the necessary accompanying electrical components will also need to be incorporated into the cable harness allowing indication of the charge level of each of the video modules to the user. Additional emphasis will be put on ensuring the wiring harness will charge each component at the proper rate and will not limit the current to each device. Deliverables will include an electrical schematic and bill of materials for the needed electrical components. Freelancer needs to have electrical engineering experience and their own electrical design software. A mutual NDA will be required before discussing detailed project requirements and design.
